WilliamTrades is an online education platform providing trading education courses. We offer three tiers of course access — Foundation, Advanced, and Elite — each providing educational content related to trading strategies, risk management, and trading psychology.
WilliamTrades is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution. Nothing on this site or within the course content constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice of any kind.
Upon completing your purchase and successful payment verification, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to access the course content corresponding to your purchased tier.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as WilliamTrades operates and maintains the platform. In the unlikely event that WilliamTrades ceases operations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Access is tied to your Gumroad order number. You are responsible for keeping this secure. Do not share your order number with others.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service.
Current pricing at time of publication:
All purchases are one-time, lifetime payments. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees associated with your course access. WilliamTrades reserves the right to change pricing for new customers at any time; existing customers are not affected by price changes after their purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your local jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.
All sales are final. WilliamTrades does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to it.
Because our products are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to "return" course content once access has been granted. This is consistent with standard practice for digital educational products.

In the event of a technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. This does not constitute grounds for a refund but will be addressed as a support matter.
To protect the integrity of our course content and prevent unauthorised sharing, each order number may be registered to a maximum of 2 devices.
A "device" is identified by a combination of browser and hardware characteristics (a device fingerprint). The first two devices used to log in with your order number will be registered automatically. A third device will be blocked from accessing the course.
If you need to reset your registered devices — for example, if you have replaced your computer — please contact us at support@williamtrades.com with proof of purchase. Device resets are granted at our discretion and are limited to reasonable requests.
Attempting to circumvent the device limit, share your order number with others, or use technical means to bypass access controls is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of your access without refund.

Your purchase grants you a personal license to view and use the content for your own educational purposes only. No purchase transfers any ownership rights, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you.
The WilliamTrades name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of WilliamTrades. You may not use them without prior written permission.

When you purchase through Gumroad, your payment and personal information is handled by Gumroad in accordance with their privacy policy. WilliamTrades receives your email address and order number for the purpose of granting and managing course access.
We store your order number, email address, plan tier, and registered device identifiers in our database for the sole purpose of providing course access. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Device fingerprints are stored as anonymised hashed strings and are used only to enforce the 2-device access limit.
By purchasing, you consent to this data being stored and used as described above.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers via the email address associated with their purchase.
Your continued use of the course following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where WilliamTrades operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
